PAVE Southeast Raleigh seeks a special education certified Elementary School Learning Support Coordinator (LSC) to be an integral part of the instructional team. PAVE seeks an educator who is committed to education reform, believes that all scholars can and will achieve at high levels with joyful, rigorous instruction, and who can commit to a consistent school-wide culture that cultivates growth within our scholars. PAVE students’ success depends on the knowledge, skills, and mindsets of PAVE’s teachers and school leaders. The LSC will ensure that all PAVE scholars have a great education, and are able to meet targeted goals through the support of the Learning Support Team, and all teachers at PAVE. Through coordinating, co-teaching, and supporting scholars with high needs, the PAVE LSC will work with the Elementary School Team to ensure we are building an integrated school environment that leads all kids to becoming citizens and scholars that have the skills and preparedness they need to meet PAVE’s mission. The LSC will report to the Principal.
